20th December  Deluxe 2 CD releases of the "On The Level" (Mercury 4766972), "If You Can't Stand The Heat" (Mercury 4766959) and "Whatever You Want" (Mercury 4766962) albums have been given a provisional release date of the 25th March next year.

19th December 
No change in the UK album charts for "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits".

13th December 
"Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits" CD is now number 48 in the UK chart.

5th December  "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits" CD is now number 33 in the UK chart.

4th December  The long awaited remixed version of the "Rockin' All Over The World" album was released today as a double CD set. 

1st December  The latest issue of the FTMO magazine has been sent to members of the fan club this week.  The magazine included an interview with the band members and articles covering the new re-issues and new DVD.

30th November  The set list at the start of the UK tour was:

28th November  The London and Manchester gigs on the UK tour are being recorded for 'live & now' releases (for details click here).

27th November 
The "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits"  compilation CD entered the UK albums chart at the number 21 position.

24th November  The "Rollin' Home" shaped picture disc from 1986 is being given a limited edition (600 copies) re-issue on the 4th December (Mercury 00602547567093).

20th November  The CD & DVD release of "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits" were issued today.

23rd October 
The vinyl release of "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits" compilation is due to be released on the 18th December.

24th September 
A new 'greatest hits' compilation - with the title "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits" - is due to be released on the 20th November to link in with the UK tour.  A 3 CD set and a 2 DVD set (with the title "Accept No Substitute - The Definitive Hits & More") are to be released.  A double vinyl album will be released later.

22nd September  "The Vinyl Collection 1972- 1980" box set has completely sold out and there is talk of a volume 2 vinyl box set.

17th September 
Spectrum (part of Universal Music) are due to issue a Quo 5 CD box set with the title "5 Classic Albums" (5364061) on the 30th October.  The albums included are "Piledriver", "Hello!", "Quo", "On The Level" and "Blue For You".

15th September 
The CD re-issues of the "Spare Parts", the "Ma Kelly's Greasy Spoon" and the "Dog Of Two Head" albums have been put back to the 25th September.

9th September 
The release date for the re-mixed "Rockin' All Over The World" album and a two CD sets of the "Quo" (click here to see the booklet design) and the "Hello! (click here to see the booklet design) albums has now been confirmed as the 4th December.

27th August  The vinyl re-issues of the "Spare Parts", the "Ma Kelly's Greasy Spoon", the "Dog Of Two Head" and the "Best of" albums have been put back to the 9th October.

21st August  "Quo" and "On The Level" are the next Quo albums to be re-issued as 'collector's limited edition' CDs by the Culture Factory label.  The release date is the 2nd October.

18th August  "The Vinyl Collection 1972- 1980" box set was released on the 14th August

29th July  The remixed version of the "Rockin' All Over The World" is also to be released as a double vinyl album (but not until next year).

25th July  A 2 CD set called "The Very Best Of The Early Years" (Metro Select METRSL116) is due to be released on the 25th September (
click here to see the cover).  In addition the "Spare Parts", the "Ma Kelly's Greasy Spoon" and the "Dog Of Two Head" albums are being re-issued on vinyl and CD on the 11th September.  The "Best Of" compilation from 1973 is also being re-issued on vinyl on the 11th September.

23rd July  The release date for the long awaited remixed "Rockin' All Over The World" CD set is due to be confirmed next week (

31st May  A vinyl copy of Quo's 1994 album "Thirsty Work" was sold for £94 (€130) on the ebay auction site this week.

29th May  The track details for the "Hello!" and "Quo" double album CD sets, due to be released later this year, have now been finalised.  The "Hello!" bonus CD is to include - Joanne (single b-side) / Caroline - fast (original demo) / Caroline - slow (original demo) / Don't Waste My Time (live at the 1973 Reading Festival) / Caroline (A&M mono promo mix) / Caroline (A&M stereo promo mix) / Is It Really Me? Gotta Go Home (live at Dublin National Stadium on the 10th April 1973) and the "Quo" bonus CD is to include - Lonely Night  (single b-side) and the band's concert at Paris L'Olympia on the 11th January 1975 (Junior's Wailing / Backwater-Just Take Me / Claudie / Railroad / Roll Over Lay Down / Big Fat Mama  / Don’t Waste My Time / Roadhouse Blues - Caroline / By Bye Johnny).

22nd May  The provisional release date for the Quo vinyl LP box set ("The Vinyl Collection 1972- 1980") is the 14th August.  No release dates for the deluxe "Rockin' All Over The World", "Hello!" and "Quo" double album CD sets yet.  The record company's plans for 2016 include deluxe 2 CD sets of the "On The Level", "If You Can't Stand The Heat" and "Whatever You Want" albums.

7th May  A 3 CD set with the "Under The Influence", "In Search Of The Fourth Chord" and "Quid Pro Quo" albums is to be released in Germany by EarMusic on the 26th June (

24th April  "Hello!" from 1973 is the next Quo album to be re-issued as a 'collector's limited edition' CD by the Culture Factory label.  The release date is the 29th June (

23th April  The German release of the "Aquostic! Live @ The Roundhouse" 2 CD + bonus DVD issue from Media Markt including the bonus tracks "Caroline" and "Rollin' Home" from the Quo's German SVR1 broadcast on the 24th October last year.

19th April  The first single (download only) from the "Aquostic! Live @ The Roundhouse" album is to be "Break The Rules" - released on the 11th May (

18th April  There is still no release date for the re-mixed "Rockin' All Over The World" CD release - although Universal has now produced some test CDs.

13th April  "Aquostic! Live @ The Roundhouse" was released today.

21st March  There is still no official release date for the planned Quo vinyl LP box set ("The Vinyl Collection 1972- 1980") even though the artwork has been completed and white label test pressings have been pressed.

15th March 
After a 20 week run the the "Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album has now dropped out of the UK Top 75 album charts. 

14th March  Quo's "Blue For You" album from 1976 is be re-issued as a 'collector's limited edition' CD by the Culture Factory label (782 201).  The release date is the 13th April (

8th March  The
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album is now at the number 75 position in the UK charts.

7th March  Spectrum Music (part of Universal Music) are planning to issue another Quo budget priced compilation CD with the title "Rockin' All Over The World - The Collection". It has a different track listing and cover design to the CD that they issued with the same title in 2011.  The release date is the 23rd March (

1st March 
Nineteen weeks for the new album now in the UK charts - this week it is at the number 40 position. 

28th February  The latest issue of the FTMO magazine has been sent to members of the fan club this week.  The magazine included an interview with the band reviewing last year together with interviews with 'Rhino's Revenge' and 'State Of Quo'. The magazine also announced that the band's appearance at the 'Roundhouse', in London last year is to be released on the 13th April.  The release will be on DVD, Blu-ray - together a two CD and vinyl issues (

22nd February  The
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album has moved back up the UK charts and is at the number 39 position this week.

20th February  Another vinyl bootleg album of Quo's concert in Stockholm, Sweden in November 1971 has been pressed.  The album title is "Dog Of Two Head Tour" and it has been pressed on red vinyl.

18th February  Mercury records are planning to issue a Quo vinyl LP box set with 10 albums from "Piledriver" to "Just Supposin'" with the title "The Vinyl Collection 1972- 1980" (
click here to see the cover).  They are also planning to release the (long awaited) re-mixed "Rockin' All Over The World" album and a two CD re-issue of the "Hello" album (with a previously unissued live concert recording from 1973).

15th February  Seventeen weeks for the
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album now in the UK charts - this week it is at the number 52 position.
 
14th February  A double vinyl bootleg album, pressed on red vinyl, of the band's BBC broadcast concert at the Roundhouse in London on the 22nd October has been produced. The bootleg came with a bonus DVD of the concert.

8th February  The new album has moved back up the UK charts and is at the number 46 position this week.

1st February  Fifteen weeks for the new album now in the UK charts - this week it is at the number 66 position.

31st January  The next download only single from the "Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album - is to be "Paper Plane", released on the 25th February (

25th January  The
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album is at the number 48 position this week in the UK charts.

24th January  The "Live At Knebworth" video (filmed in June 1990) is to be released on Blu-ray by Eagle Vision on the 16th March.  The Quo tracks "Whatever You Want", "Rockin' All Over The World", "Dirty Water" and "In The Army Now" are included.  

18th January  Thirteen weeks for the
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album in the UK charts now - this week it moved back up the charts and is now at the 31 position.  

11th January  The new album stayed at the number 34 position this week in the UK charts.

5th January  Eleven weeks for the
"Aquostic (Stripped Bare)" album in the UK charts - this week it is at the 34 position.
